At Fanteezy, we curate "Unique and Useful" gifts intended to build relationships. Because our items are often sent directly to loved ones, we maintain a rigorous packing and dispatch standard to ensure every gift arrives in "Premium" condition.

1. The "7-Day Planning" Recommendation

​

To ensure your emotional gift arrives exactly when needed, we strongly advise placing your order at least 7 working days prior to your expected delivery date. While we prioritize Air Shipping, the final transit period is subject to regional courier logistics beyond our direct control.

2. Damaged Item Protocol 

​

We stand behind the quality of our curation. We offer refunds exclusively for items damaged during transit. To initiate a claim:

  • Step 1: Email fanteezyonline@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Step 2: Include your Order Number and clear Photographic Evidence of the damaged product and its packaging.

  • Step 3: Await a formal review from the Fanteezy Audit Team.

3. The Return & Inspection Process

​

If your damage claim is pre-approved:

  • Customer Return: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our verified contact address.

  • Verification: Once the return is delivered to our facility, it will undergo a manual inspection to verify the damage.

  • Processing: Upon successful verification, a refund will be issued. Please note that standard shipping and specialized packing charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Decision Rights: Naveen Kumar Mehta at www.Fanteezy.in) reserves the ultimate authority to determine refund eligibility based on the condition of the returned item and the evidence provided.
